That'll Do

That'll Do, the third volume of The Herding Series, is a coming-of-age book for the middle-aged.  Characters from both previous books make appearances, although the narrator is Ruth Welborne from Come Bye.

Plot Synopsis:

Ruth Welborne and Barb King, her recently widowed, college roommate, buy an old house in Centerbury, Vermont. There they find themselves trying to solve the mystery of their house while meeting new people and visiting with old friends.

Ruth learns from the people she meets, the dog who teaches her to run dog agility, and her holiday trip in a snowstorm that she has choices about how she lives the rest of her life. She only has to have the courage to make her own decisions.
